James has a passion for fitness that is evident. He holds an MS in Exercise Science and keeps up with the latest findings in health, exercise, and sports-specific conditioning. James maintains all his certifications with a wide variety of continuing education courses. His expertise includes: post-rehab, muscular development, posture/muscle balance, weight loss, sports conditioning and core training.

Antonio Sini / Co-Owner
Antonio’s experience and education span more than 20 years. He first became certified as an exercise leader by the American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM) in 1994. While pursuing a bachelor degree in physical education at Hunter College, Antonio began working part-time as a personal trainer for Crunch Fitness. An avid athlete and collegiate wrestler, Antonio had the experience, drive and determination to move up the fitness ladder quickly. He would go on to become the head trainer and personal training manager for some of the largest health clubs in New York and California. His knowledge and skill make him one of the most respected personal trainers and fitness experts in New York City. Over the past two decades Antonio has expanded his fitness knowledge, attending many health and fitness workshops and acquiring multiple specialty certifications.

Daniel's fitness journey began while in graduate school, where he discovered that running was a great way to relieve stress. Shortly thereafter he began working out with weights to compliment his 60 mile-a-week running addiction. Eventually strength training and nutrition became his obsessions.
Daniel’s friends took notice and sought advice on how they too could obtain similar results in body composition and performance. That’s when he realized that personal training was the career path that he was destined for.
Daniel has received two nationally recognized personal training certifications: ACE and ACTION CPT. In 2012 he began training professionally and has since helped numerous clients, the majority of which are everyday people looking to increase their strength and overall well-being. He is a master trainer for PPT.
