Diet and Nutritional Support

All personal training clients receive a 30-minute consultation with Registered Dietitian, Alissa Rumsey. You’ll be asked to fill out a short questionnaire and complete a food journal prior to speaking with her. During the consultation she will:

  • Discuss, modify and/or establish goals
  • Evaluate your current eating patterns
  • Provide tips that you can use right away
  • Review nutrition programs with more in-depth options
