Being avid mountain bikers, we believe there is no better way to spend a healthy afternoon than riding a bike in the woods. New York City is surrounded by some of the finest trails in the North East. The vast amount of purpose built bike trails and diverse terrain more than make up for the lack in elevation.
These unique training sessions, done while on a mountain bike, are great for all skill levels from novice to expert. Pedal perfectly buff singletrack on Long Island or hammer through the rugged trails of northern New Jersey. We know the terrain and trails well. You will have an outstanding experience and a great workout.
